How to make lactose-free sanjacobos

Clean the chicken breast well and open it in two with the help of a good knife, as if it were a book. Season and cover with the slices of ham and the lactose-free Gouda Kaiku cheese slices. Close well, pressing a little.

Pass through flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, to get a uniform breading. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry until it is golden brown on both sides, turning it over so that it is uniform. Let the excess oil drain on absorbent paper.
