Seppl, an original wall coffee maker

Desserts

As soon as I saw the Seppl wall-mounted coffee maker I loved it, because its design reminiscent of a laboratory instrument makes even the most reluctant to make a coffee look at it. With a well-thought-out and highly original aesthetic, it breaks the mold of the classic one-piece coffee maker. Designed by Arvid Hausser, a twenty-three-year-old student at the Bauhaus-Universität in Weimar, Germany, the Seppl is a truly unique coffee maker.

Two are its main materials, porcelain and wood. The first, a material that perfectly suits its purpose as it is antiseptic, easy to clean and does not absorb or give off odors, as well as resisting high temperatures, something very important in this case. On the other hand there is the wood, which gives a point to the design that makes it warm and homely.

Its elements, unlike the coffee machines to which we are accustomed, are separately attached to the base independently to distinguish the different phases of coffee production and clearly define its stages, giving it a chic touch when attached to the wall. the kitchen apart from a considerable space saving. Prepare two cups of coffee simultaneously, these being placed on an adjustable drip tray that allows us to use our favorite containers without worrying about their height.

Of course, its design has fallen in love with me and I could imagine it hanging on the wall of my kitchen. I suppose the same thing will happen to you, but for now, a pity that it is only a prototype that I hope some commercial house will quickly take a look at and soon it can be seen in stores.
