A great chef who deserves our attention is Sergio Herman, the Michelin guide has awarded him the third star. This great Dutch chef uses the most advanced techniques that highlight the characteristics of North Sea products.

His cuisine is characterized by lightness, freshness and the way he season his dishes, with a touch of spicy acidity. He runs a restaurant in a small town in Zeeland, a Dutch region that borders Belgium.

It received its first Michelin star in 1995, the second in 1998 and has finally just been rewarded with a third star this year. Sergio Herman has been one of the first foreign chefs to adapt the new techniques that have helped place Spain at the forefront of world cuisine, thanks to Alberto Adrià. Sergio's kitchen offers us a very original approach to the world of spices and seafood, in fact, most of the dishes he makes are based on seafood.

It is difficult to talk about all the fame he has without being able to truly make sure of it, they say that when the river sounds, water carries, and this great chef gives a lot to talk about in various gastronomic fields.
