1. Cheese and chocolate cake for two
With this recipe, a cheese and chocolate cake is perfect to share between two, although up to four more moderate servings can come out perfectly. It is a delight accompanied by red berries, compote or strawberry jam, homemade whipped cream or good vanilla ice cream
Ingredients for two: 1 L egg, 200 g of cream cheese, 40 g of plain yogurt or quark or mascarpone smoothie, 30 g of sugar (optional), 100 g of good quality dark chocolate, 5 ml of essence of vanilla, a pinch of salt, 5 g of cocoa powder and water.
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 170 ºC and grease a removable mold of about 15 cm in diameter, or line with sulfurized paper. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and let cool slightly. Whisk in a medium bowl the drained cream cheese with the egg, vanilla, salt and sugar, if used. Beat on low speed until smooth. Add the melted chocolate and mix with rods to avoid introducing more air, mixing well until obtaining a creamy mass and without lumps. Add the yogurt or cheese (we can adjust by adding a little more if it is too thick), pour into the mold, leveling the surface with a spatula, and bake for about 50 minutes, until when you click with a toothpick in the center it comes out clean, or slightly stained. Let cool outside the oven before unmolding and store in the fridge. For the icing, you just have to sift a couple of teaspoons of cocoa powder and mix them well with a little warm water, until it is smooth. By cooling and resting a little it will thicken, but you can easily adjust the texture by adding more or less cocoa or water. If it is too bitter, add icing sugar or sweetener to taste.
Utensil: How beautiful this cake must be if we bake it in a heart-shaped pan. Can you imagine her? This 12-centimeter, non-stick and removable base is perfect for two servings. Of course, the cake will have more height if you do not adjust the amounts of the ingredients.

Imagine some delicious bites prepared with chocolate cream and hazelnuts as a Valentine's dessert. They can be filled with meringue, cream or jam, also sprinkle with almond granules or colored caramels.
Ingredients for two: Nutella 180 g, Flour 135 g, Egg 1, Nutella (to decorate) 4 tablespoons.
Preparation: We put the nutella and the whole egg in a bowl and mix until they are well joined. We sift the flour by passing it through a fine mesh strainer and add it to the bowl, mixing again until obtaining a dense mass that we will finish joining by kneading with our hands. We put the dough in a clean bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and reserve it in the fridge for about 15 minutes. We are taking 15 g portions of dough each and with our hands we form small balls that we will place on the baking tray lined with a sheet of baking paper. About 25 will come out. With the fingers or with the ends of the control of a spoon flattened the center of each piece, to create a cavity. We bake ten minutes (not one more) in a preheated oven at 180º. Take out and let cool, at first the nutelloni will be soft but when they cool they will harden, so it is important not to let them cook too much. We put four tablespoons of nutella in a pastry bag with a narrow nozzle and, when the nutelloni are cold, we fill them. We serve immediately.
Utensil: If you serve the nutelloti in a striking presentation plate, such as this beautiful tray with a ceramic foot in red and decorated with a red bow, you will have guaranteed success. Also available in pink, light gray and blue.

3. Raspberry panna cotta with a touch of chocolate
Subtle, delicate and elegant, this is how this raspberry panna cotta is. Looking at its appearance and presentation it is hard to believe that it costs so little to achieve this great result. Chocolate is a safe value in terms of desserts and in this case it serves to enhance the presence of raspberry.
Ingredients for two: Gelatin 1 sheet, Liquid cream 100 ml, Raspberries 125 g, Sugar 40 g, Lemon juice 5 ml, Dark chocolate 1/2 ounce.
Preparation: This recipe has two elaborations. On the one hand there is the coulís and on the other the panna cotta. As they have common ingredients, sugar and raspberry, the first thing we have to do is weigh and separate those from each preparation. We start with the coulis, for which we need 55 grams of raspberry, 15 grams of sugar and lemon juice. We put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 8 minutes. Crush the raspberries with a fork, stir well until mixing and reserve. Hydrate the gelatin in a bowl with cold water for 8 minutes. In a saucepan, heat the rest of the raspberries and sugar together with the liquid cream. At the time it starts to boil, remove from the heat and add the hydrated gelatin. This will melt with the heat, but it is necessary to stir to integrate well. We pass the mixture through a fine mesh strainer and fill two flannels, if we want to unmold them, or glasses, if we prefer to bring them to the table like this. We wait for them to cool down a bit before going to the fridge and letting them set for a couple of hours. We serve with the raspberry coulis, dark chocolate shavings and a couple of raspberries as decoration.
Utensil: We have used some basic flaneras for its elaboration, but the truth is that there are much more appropriate molds for the occasion. In these individual ribbed molds our panna cotta would look more. The top cover helps to mold easily and does not lose shape.

To make this crêpe cake with strawberries and cream effortless, we recommend preparing the crêpes and whipped cream in advance. Then, a while before serving, you just have to assemble the layers and ready to enjoy it.

As we make them, we keep them stacked on a plate and let cool. We assemble the cream, which must be very cold, with the vanilla extract and the sugar. To present the cake, we place a pancake on the plate, spread a little flavored cream and cover with another pancake, repeat until finished with the cream and the pancakes. We decorate the cake by spreading the strawberries on the surface and sprinkling with the ground sugar.
Utensil: It will save us a lot of work having a non-stick electric crepe maker with several cavities. It can make up to four crêpes at a time. Since the pancakes are smaller in diameter, we can assemble the cake individually or share one between two.
