For the icing, you just have to sift a couple of teaspoons of cocoa powder and mix them well with a little warm water, until it is smooth. By cooling and resting a little it will thicken, but you can easily adjust the texture by adding more or less cocoa or water. If it is too bitter, add icing sugar or sweetener to taste.
