Chocolate souffle

An ideal dessert for chocolate addicts is the chocolate souflé, very easy to prepare, this dessert will be the icing on a succulent meal.

The ingredients ½ liter of milk, 80 grams of cocoa powder, 50 grams of icing sugar, 50 grams of flour, 60 grams of butter, 4 eggs and 75 grams of sugar.

The preparation Put the milk with 50 grams of sugar in a saucepan on the fire, when it comes to a boil, add the flour little by little while stirring so that it is diluted. Leave the saucepan on the fire for a few minutes until the mixture thickens and remove from the heat. Add 50 grams of butter and cocoa to the milk, mix the whole together and let it cool down. Now add the egg yolks one by one without stopping stirring.

Assemble the egg whites until stiff and mix them with enveloping movements to the cocoa mixture. Pour the resulting mixture into a souflé mold that you will have smeared with a little butter and sprinkled with a little sugar.

Cook the chocolate snow in the oven previously preheated to 180º C for 30 minutes or until you see that the dough is already in its point, remove from the oven and let cool before sprinkling the icing sugar on the preparation.

Tasting It is a very rich dessert, a great combination is to accompany this snowy chocolate with fruit, for example kiwis, the result is surprising. Take advantage!
