Weekends are ideal for many things: disconnecting from work, being with family, friends, etc., but above all to do what you like the most, and to me is cooking. So at noon what we have to do is prepare the aperitif for those of us at home.
Today I have prepared some shrimp omelette tapas, although we can also use prawns. A very tasty and easy appetizer.
Ingredients for 4 tapas.
60 gr of peeled shrimp, 1/2 clove of garlic, 30 gr of cream, olive oil and salt.
Sauté the minced garlic in a nonstick skillet with a little olive oil. When it is golden, add the shrimp or prawns, peeled and chopped if they are very large. As the ones I have are frozen, the truth is that they are not very big, so I put them whole.
In addition, beat the egg and add a little salt and cream. You put it in the pan and the trick to making a good omelette is to collect the egg towards a corner of the pan. When everything is well together, let it set well and turn it over so that it browns on the other side as well.

The shrimp omelette can be a plate or you can divide it into 4 parts and place it on top of a toasted bread with mayonnaise and some lettuce leaves.
