We will start by preparing the base. To do this, we crush the cookies until we reduce them to powder with a coffee grinder or a kitchen robot, add the melted butter and stir until a paste is formed that allows the base of a removable 20-centimeter mold to be lined.
In a bowl, add the two types of cheese, the liquid cream, the beaten eggs, the sugar, the milk and the refined corn flour. We pass the mixer until all the ingredients are well combined and pour it on top of the cookie base. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake it until it is curdled, or until pricked with a knife or skewer, it comes out clean. Approximately it will be between half an hour to three quarters of an hour.
We remove from the oven, cool in the fridge for at least two hours and decorate it with fresh berries.
