French toast, the classic dessert of Easter, can be made in a thousand and one ways. This time we are going to prepare a caloric bomb, then do not say that we did not notice it, but these stuffed French toast Nutella for Easter are a real delight since they combine two pleasures in one, the French toast and the chocolate cream.

We cut the French toast bread into thick slices. Then, we cut each of them in half but without actually finishing the cut, forming a kind of book. We do that operation with the four thick slices.
Meanwhile, we aromatize the milk by infusing it with 2 tablespoons of sugar, a cinnamon stick, a little orange or lemon peel and allowing it to reach a temperature close to boiling. Then we turn off the heat and let the milk take on the flavors for about 15 minutes.
We dip the French toast in milk, turning them so that they are well impregnated on both sides and leaving them to soak for about five minutes on each side. Then we drain them to remove the excess milk and put a tablespoon of Nutella inside each French toast.
We close carefully, we pass through beaten egg and fry in very hot oil for a couple of minutes until they have a pleasant golden color. Drain the excess oil leaving the French toast on absorbent paper and serve them warm.
