Individual chocolate and coconut nougat

Individual nougats are increasingly in demand on the market, it is opened and consumed, you avoid having an open nougat tablet that, if not consumed, ends up in the trash. At home we can also make our individual nougats and shape them as we like. We have taken advantage of a silicone mold for mini muffins and this is how we have left the individual chocolate and coconut nougat.

The ingredients (diners according to the mold)

The preparation Melt the chocolate together with the butter, in the microwave or in a bain-marie, try not to exceed 45º C and mix well. Transfer the chocolate to a bowl and add the condensed milk, mix well with the help of the bars. Then add the coconut and mix again, and finally the chocolate puffed rice, repeat the operation, mix well so that it is distributed and provide crunchiness in each bite when we taste the nougat.

Distribute the cream obtained in the molds and let cool. You can put it in the fridge if you are in a hurry to consume it, but you can see how easy it is to do.

Tasting This nougat is a vice and you can vary it by changing the ingredients and introducing what you like the most, orange, hazelnuts, some liquor. Do not eat everything, you have to share.
