Some concepts that are had about fruit juices could change thanks to the study carried out by a group of British researchers. In it they indicate that natural juices and whole fruits have the same nutritional capacity, antioxidants, etc.

It is curious, because to date, various information indicated that the juices had a lower vitamin content caused by oxidation.
