After 20 years of history of Celler de Can Roca, holder of two Michelin stars, they offer us to know their techniques, their concepts and their recipes through A Fantastic Symphony, a book by Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca.

This work of gastronomic literature formed by the three Roca brothers is a compendium of their culinary experience since they opened the restaurant in 1986 together with their parents' business, Can Roca, until today.

They offer us an extensive cookbook, in which they appear both historical and current and explained in detail, culinary concepts and techniques "literarily seasoned" and demonstrative photographs that will help us appreciate the work.

It is not a simple recipe book, they transmit them with all the magic and poetry that surrounds the Roca brothers and that they are capable of displaying for those who go to their house. There are even some cultural passages that will teach us to understand the new gastronomic sensibility. The Roca brothers' cuisine is a fantastic gastronomic, gustatory, olfactory, visual, tactile and auditory symphony. With this book, the author, Jaume Coll, emphasizes that the reader will be able to enjoy one of the most beautiful representations of pleasure through the five senses.
