- Ingredients for the red layer: 1/2 cup of boiling water, 1 package (85 gr.) Of strawberry jelly and 1/2 cup of cold water.
- Ingredients for the pink layer: 1/2 cup of cold water, 1 and 1/2 sachet of unflavored gelatin and 1 yogurt (170 gr.) Of strawberry
- Ingredients for the white layer: 1/3 cup of cold water, 1 envelope (minus 1/2 teaspoon) of unflavored gelatin and 1/3 cup of condensed milk.
How to make little yogurt and pink jelly cups for Valentine's Day
We start by preparing the red layer, for this we dissolve the strawberry jelly in the boiling water. Add the cold water and stir. We pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture in each glass and put them in the fridge for about half an hour.
We continue preparing the pink layer. We put the water in a small saucepan, add the gelatin and leave it to soak for a few minutes. We put the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin has completely dissolved, about five minutes.
Remove from the heat and incorporate the yogurt. Let the mixture cool to room temperature and put a tablespoon in each mold. We put it back in the fridge for another half hour.
Finally, we prepare the white layer. We put the water in a saucepan and add the gelatin, leaving it to rest for a couple of minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin has completely dissolved, about five minutes.
Add the condensed milk, mix and let it cool down to room temperature. We place about 2 tablespoons in each glass. We put the glasses in the fridge and let them solidify overnight.
